Synopis :
La video montre la reconstitution en extérieur des rayonnages d'un supermarché. La caméra tourne autour de ces objets colorés, jouant tour à tour sur l'effet de surprise suggéré par l'introduction de ces éléments hors de leur contexte habituel ainsi que sur la difficulté de saisir l'image fixe du camouflage qui en constitue l'essence.

The Circling video project deals with the circling of the camera around an object or a person taken from installations and performance/experimental videos. The circling of the camera can assume a ritual function, circle out a narrative space, have a symbolic meaning, be a formal experiment or have an all-embracing view as a goal: despite the precise localization by the movement of the camera, the orientation becomes obscure, removing the onlooker from his esthetic distance and involving him in the action.
